Senior Dance offers senior adults a weekly opportunity to reconnect with their bodies, breath, and sense of movement through a dance class designed specifically to support healthy aging. Each session focuses on improving flexibility, balance, mobility, and fluidity \u2013 critical components for maintaining independence, preventing falls, and enhancing overall quality of life.<\/p>\n

A key feature of this program is live musical accompaniment by a percussionist playing the djembe. The live drumming deepens participants\u2019 connection to rhythm and enhances the overall experience, providing both an energetic foundation and an uplifting atmosphere that encourages engagement and expression.<\/p>\n
